We are located about 5 minutes drive from Junction 12 of the M4 and about 10 minutes from Reading town centre. Despite the Studio's isolated and secluded location in the woods we are close to many local amenities
such as a supermarket and local restaurants.
Unfortunately not. There are a number of steep steps leading up to the Studio's private garden in the woods. It is recommended that "sensible" shoes are worn for arrival and departure.
Yes, from
late Spring to Autumn when the trees and bushes provide complete privacy. We have a wheel, a pillory, a whipping post and a cruxifix in the Studio garden.
Smoking is allowed indoors. The Studio is covered by the same legislation as hotel rooms so it is legal for us to allow our guests to smoke. Ashtrays are provided. An extractor fan and automatic air freshener are there to keep the air clear. The Studio is protected by two smoke alarms and we have both foam and CO2 fire
extinguishers.
Yes, wireless internet access is available and an iPad is provided. The security key is printed on
a card in the Studio.

The Studio itself is not soundproof but the heavy log construction, insulation and double glazing prevents most sound from escaping. Combine this with the isolated woodland setting and you can make as much noise as you want. We have a saying; "In the Studio, no one can hear
you scream!"
We have a superb Cambridge Audio sound system and Mission 755 speakers with an input available for your iPod or MP3 player. We supply a wide selection of music on an iPad and on CD.
Yes, although we limit first time visitors to 4 guests. 6 to 8 people can play in the Studio, more in the Summer when the decking and garden are available too.
The Studio is heated in the Winter and air conditioned in the Summer to provide
a comfortable environment for getting naked all year round.
Most of our guests find that they bring far too much "stuff" on their first visit. We provide bed linen, towels, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, condoms, several top quality lubes and even have toothbrushes available in case you forget yours.
There is a microwave, kettle and toaster available as
well as a Tassimo drinks machine. Crockery, cutlery, mugs and glasses are provided. There is also bottled water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There are a number of
takeaway menus in the Studio. Your meals can be delivered to the main house and we will bring your food up to you. Alternatively, we can recommend a number of local restaurants including an excellent "greasy spoon" for the morning after!
Yes, however, if you are approaching from the East, we suggest that you ignore the SatNav's direction to exit the M4 at junction 10 and continue to Junction 12 instead. This avoids Reading town centre which is a very good idea as any one who lives in Reading will tell you!
The main house has two drives. The right hand drive is available for our clients. There is parking for an additional car on the road
outside the house.
We ask our guests to arrive and depart discreetly. You may start your scene once within the private confines of the Studio's own garden. This allows plenty of scope for kidnap and other role play scenarios without terrorising our neighbours. We regret this limitation but it is necessary after a simulated kidnap and rape scene resulted in three squad cars, complete with blues ant twos and a quorum of hyped up police officers intervening in one of our client's scenes! At least they departed with grins on their faces.
Complete and absolute privacy is assured. Unlike some other venues where the premises are located adjacent to a house or even in the same flat, the Fetish Studio is located in its own private garden. You will have exclusive use of the Studio and its garden for the duration of your visit. The Studio is not overlooked and there are no hidden cameras. You may make as much noise as you like without upsetting any neighbours.
Unlike some other venues we do not charge for additional guests. We ask photographers to pay for any paper back drop that becomes soiled or damaged. We also sell the more expensive medical consumables such as sutures at cost price. There are no other hidden charges.
Cash payment is preferred at the beginning of your appointment. A deposit may be required for bookings of more than one night or day.
The Studio is easy to reach by public transport. There is an express rail air bus from London Heathrow Airport to Reading Central railway station. Frequent fast trains to Reading Central are available from London Paddington and many other UK cities. The Studio is a 5-10 minute taxi ride or a 10 minute, number 33, bus ride from the station.
At the end of the day the Studio is our own personal play space, so hygiene and cleanliness are of paramount importance to us. We use medical grade cleaning products. Whilst the Studio is carpeted for comfort we have used carpet tiles which are easy to clean and replace and we shampoo them regularly. We also use a disinfectant spay used in care homes. We provide free condoms for insertables. We ask that you leave any items that may have come into contact with bodily fluids or lubrcants on the steriliser that is situated in the reception area. We then can ensure that these items are thoroughly cleaned before being returned to the main room.
Absolutely. Not only do we provide full guidance on the use of equipment but we are available to assist and instruct if required. Our range of equipment is suited to both the inexperienced and the seasoned player. If you let us know your level of experience when you arrive we can tailor the walk around to your needs.
Your hosts have over 25 years of experience in the BDSM scene and can provide expert instruction is most aspects of safe, sane and consensual play, although we prefer the more modern paradigm of RACK (Risk Aware, Consensual, Kink) as this covers edge play that may be excluded in the older model. We provide one on one training for only £10 per hour on top of the Studio hire charge providing you can provide your own model/subject.

Absolutely, we are happy to show you around before you commit to a booking. Please call us on +44 7970 933269 to arrange a tour. We are proud to say that we invariably get bookings from guests that we have shown around as despite our efforts, our web site cannot do justice to the real thing. A pre-visit is also useful if you wish to surprise your partner. The tour of the venue and equipment takes about 30 minutes. If you are unable to see our Studio before your booking we give you 30 minutes free with your first visit so that the tour does not eat into your "play" time.
Your hosts have a vast amount of experience in the scene and are pretty well unshockable. You will probably find that your fantasy is not as unusual as you think. Providing minors are not involved in any way, please feel at ease to discuss your desires with us through our contact page.
